Online Intention Requests for your Parish Website

Free up time for your front-line office staff by allowing parishioners to request Mass Intentions and Memorials online through your parish website.
Overview:
Embedding a live view of your Mass intention calendar onto the parish website will enable your parishioners to request their intentions themselves from home. After choosing an available day and time, they will be prompted to enter their intention and contact information.
Staff approval is required before selections automatically become permanent on your parish intention calendar.
The Process:
When the intention is selected, it is placed on "hold" on your Mass intentions calendar. The parish receives a system generated email notification saying a transaction has been completed and is awaiting review to ensure it's acceptable.
When you approve the intention, your calendar is automatically updated in the system so you don't have to enter it yourself. At this point, the intention is marked as "awaiting payment" and has been placed into the Missing Offerings section of the system.
Should you reject the intention, it will be released back into the system and available again. Additionally, an email is generated to the requester that includes a field for you to enter a reason the request was denied.
Features & Functions
All settings used in your system control panel (multiple intentions, family limits, etc.) will be applied to the live online version. You'll be able to set additional options and limits for the Online Intentions Requests such as:
- Set your typical intention offering rate for weekdays or weekends (if different)
- The ability for the requester to add an additional donation amount.
- Control the number of Mass intention and Memorial intention requests that can be made per session.
- Mass cards can be requested.
- Designated Office Staff will receive online request notifications via email and on their MIO system's toolbar.
