Available Add on Modules
For the busy parish that sends out teams of priests and ministers to visit the sick, home bound and hospitals, this module provides the ability to create and schedule team visits, individual visits, email communication between team leader and team members, schedule a single visit to a person or group or schedule perpetual visits on a regular basis.
Sacramental Certificate Requests
This module provide a tracking system for baptism, first communion, confirmation and marriage requests, the status of the request (open, inprogress and completed), payment (date received, form of payment and which staff member recorded the request/payment), requestors information and office information. Payment is integrated into the MIO deposit reports.
Unannounced Masses / Chaple Masses / Private Masses
This module tracks intentions that are offered and said by priests during their private Masses. The system tracks the offering, calculates the number of intentions the offering requires, prints the intention sheet for tracking the intentions said, records the available and used intentions and integrates into the financial reporting including the auditor's report.
Similar to Mass Intentions except that these are valid for one week and export to the bulletin export view. The intentions are recorded with an end date set and provides a receipt for the requestor. They automatically "archive" after the "end date". Archived intentions can always be viewed with a single click. This module integrates into the financial reports
The email module support sending the requestor an email receipt vs. printing a receipt. Additionally, the module provides the ability to email a "Mass Reminder" notice. The notice is sent two day prior to the scheduled intention.
Our staff can customize any feature, view, report or other requests to meet your parish needs. Our goal is to assist you in streamlining your business processes and automate any manual task that currently exists in your daily workflow.
